Accommodation Rates

Well equipped and fully self contained, this cottage accommodates six in two queen rooms and a twin room. Prices range from $170-$220 per night for two with an additional charge of $50 per night applying to second queen room with up to three single beds available in third room attracting a $25.00 per night charge per bed. Minimum two night stay. Check in time is 2:30p.m., Check out time is 10:30a.m. Discounts apply for weekly bookings except during peak period 24 December 2011 through 28 January 2011 (weekly bookings only accepted during this period). The cottage is a pet friendly establishment. Pets stay free.

In order to confirm booking a 20% non refundable deposit is required. Balance of payment is due seven (7) days prior to Check in date*. Whilst I have every intention of honouring your booking I reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice. In such instance(s) any payments received would be refunded in full.

Payment methods accepted are credit card, direct deposit and cheque. For cheque customers please allow three (3) working days clearance For direct deposit customers bank account details will be provided on confirmation of firm enquiry. I do not accept international cheques/drafts as forms of payment.

* For cheque customer's payment is required no ealrier than ten (10) days prior to Check in date to due to cheque clearance times.
